Seed Activities, Maturity and Transactions - Terms of Services

Seed (inQueue) inDo allows a lender to convert liquid money into an item(s) at any time. It initiates a token to the master queue of the seed. A lender is allowed to own an individual seed of a specific item at a time. In addition, a successful transaction requires sufficient balance in the wallet. Once all of the items are getting sold out, a seed will be considered for maturing and then the projected profit will be transacted upon completion.

inQueue: A lender can inDo a seed inQueue only once and leave at any time
Wallet: The lender must have enough balance in the wallet
Transaction: Seed value will be debited from lender’s wallet during transaction
Maturity: A seed must comply the number of ITS for the maturity
Profit: Projected profit will be transacted with the lender upon completion

Seed (reQueue) inDo allows a lender to instruct an automatic inQueue process once the life-cycle of the seed is accomplished. It initiates a token to the slave queue for the future reference. Only the principal amount will be recycled in this process and the projected profit will be transacted to the lender’s wallet. This action can be done only once. In addition, leaving inQueue will also make the reQueue vacant.

reQueue: The lenders of inQueue will be capable to reQueue the seeds respectively
Closing: A lender can reQueue a seed only once and leave at any time
Vacancy: Leaving from inQueue will also make the reQueue vacant
Recycle: Only the principal amount will be recycled in this process
Transaction: Projected profit will be transacted with the lender upon completion

Seed (inQueue) unDo allows a lender to convert an item(s) into liquid money at any time. It removes the token from both the master queue and the slave queue. In addition to it, a transaction will be initiated to transfer the principal amount from eChithi to the lender’s wallet. Due to the immaturity of the seed’s life-cycle, no profit will be contributed. Once the unDo is initiated, it cannot be recovered.

Closing: A lender can leave the inQueue at any time
Transaction: Only the principal amount will be credited to the lender’s wallet
Incompletion: No seed profit will be allocated due to incompletion
reQueue: Leaving from inQueue will also make vacant the reQueue
Vacancy: A vacant inQueue cell will be filled up by the next inQueue lender immediately

Seed (reQueue) unDo allows a lender to remove the automatic inQueue process instruction before the life-cycle of the seed is accomplished. It removes the token from the slave queue. Thus the principal amount as well as the projected profit will be credited to the lender’s wallet upon completion. This action can be done only once. In addition, leaving reQueue will not affect the inQueue.

Closing: A lender can leave the reQueue at any time
Dependency: Neither the principal amount nor the seed profit has dependency on it
Transaction: No financial transactions will be held
inQueue: Leaving from reQueue has no impact on inQueue
Vacancy: A vacant reQueue cell will be filled up by the next reQueue lender immediately

The growth of a seed is directly connected to the demand of that item by the consumers. The higher the demand, the faster the maturity. Thus the maturity of a seed needs it to meet the ITS (Item to Seed) value. After getting matured, an additional 7 days is required to credit both of the principal amount and/or projected profit to the lender’s wallet due to the ‘Policy of Return’ by the consumers.

Debit: Seed value will be debited from lender’s wallet during transaction
Maturity: A seed must comply the number of ITS for the maturity
Frozen: Due to consumer’s return policy, projected profit will be freezed for 7 days
Recycle: Only the principal amount will be recycled in reQueue instruction
Credit: A lender will be credited the principal amount and/or profit only to the wallet

The Agree declares that a lender is abiding the Policy of Seeds as well as Terms of Services. eChithi reserves all the rights to modify all of these documents with prior notice.
