Project Phoenix has been initiated by Box Dynamics, the RnD of eChithi for the enormous growth and development across the nation in the fields of embedded systems, IoT, AI as well as robotics. It is aimed to enhance the knowledge of technologies among the students at the academic levels and assure all sorts of support from scratch to business plants. The entire process can be accomplished in six steps called- learning, examining, plug and play, self innovation, industrial prototype designing and finally launching the startup plant. Each of the steps is composed of pre-scheduled campus centric activities where the skills of the learners will be fine tuned by proper training and testing until the desire is achieved.

eChithi classifies a generic business model into three core modules as titled- entrepreneur, investor and logistics partner. Students are the entrepreneurs of future businesses. In the journey of to be an entrepreneur from studentship, it requires a special nourishment and extra care which could be termed as logistics support. Once two of the core modules are aligned, then the other part investor could be searched together for entering into reality from dreams. For all of these collaborations, academic organizations are the right places. These back to back support can be started by learning, examining, plug and play. Then it will be elevated for self innovation, industrial prototype designing and launching the startup.
