Project Phoenix has been initiated by Box Dynamics, the R&D of eChithi, for the enormous growth and development across the nation in the fields of embedded systems, IoT, AI, as well as robotics. It is aimed at elevating the knowledge of technologies among the learners at the academic levels and assuring all sorts of support from scratch to business plants. It can be accomplished in six steps called learning, examining, plug & play, self-innovation, industrial prototype designing, and finally launching the startup plant. Each of the steps is composed of pre-scheduled campus-centric activities where the skills of the learners will be fine-tuned by proper training and testing until the target is achieved.
ESPC
The Embedded System Programming Contest (ESPC) is a microcontroller-fascinated coding competition designed to enhance students' skills in hardware programming and embedded systems. It aims to engage learners in hands-on, hardware-based work, preparing them for solving industrial challenges. It can be segmented into skill enhancement and competition groups. Skill enhancement is the early phase where the learners will take part in numerous hands-on experiments with various types of sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers. On the other hand, the competition phase will influence them to solve real-world problems with efficient scripting and cost-optimized hardware setup by developing prototypes.
RM22
The RM22 (Round Mover of 2 Layers with 2 Engines) is a NodeMCU ESP8266 V2 board-based smart robot that can be commanded via internet media. This DIY project is designed with 2 wheels and 2 layers of round-shaped drive platforms. It aims at designing a robot that is controlled through a smartphone over Wi-Fi technology. This robot is a basic captive wheeled robot that can be moved in all the four directions like front, back, left and right through predefined keys assigned in the mobile application through its tiny processor on the floor. It is a very simply designed mobile robot built from cost-effective parts and does not need a very high programming skill or any other hardware knowledge.
