This module is ideally suited to adding a magnetic switch to a project. It triggers when a corresponding magnetic field pulls apart the metal reeds within the housing. On doing so the output will read LOW. This reed switch offers an analog as well as a digital interface. The AO pin offers the analog output while the DO offers the digital output. Also a potentiometer is used as a pull up resistor.
