The MG996R is a standard-size servo motor. It can be commanded to go to a certain angular position where accurate positioning is needed. It is capable of rotating up to 180°. It can be applied for experimenting with robotic arms, steering controls, DIY projects, and other applications that require a fair amount of grunt. It comes with a 2.54mm Dupont header along with the servo horns, mounting screws, and rubber pads.
